What we store

Your account details, the documents you upload, the text we read from them, and the deadlines, tasks, cases, notes and drafts you create. Documents are stored in private storage and are only accessible to your account.

How documents are processed

To explain your documents, their content is processed by an AI service acting on our behalf. Your documents are not used to train AI models unless you explicitly opt in in Settings.

What we never do

We never send letters, emails, forms or payments on your behalf. We do not include document content, names, IBANs, tax IDs or email addresses in analytics or logs.

Your rights

You can export all your data and permanently delete your account and documents from Settings at any time. You also have the rights of access, correction, restriction, objection and complaint under the GDPR.
